Space Investors Screenplay

The pandemic hit Broadway hard. Tourists fled NYC, shows closed, and Theaters were shuttered for a year and a half So, how does desperate and scrappy theater director, Thurwood Nadal, get the funding to launch a brash new musical?

Striking out with friends, relatives, and even crowd-funding, Nadal gets the surprise of his life when he gets contacted from a completely unexpected source…his new angel investor is actually a space alien from planet, Ralph!

This crazy new business relationship presents Thurwood with many questions: Why does an alien race have any interest in our theater scene? How do space aliens actually provide funding ? Do inter-galactic dollar exchange rates differ? is a human/alien business relationship FDC Compliant? and finally, and perhaps most importantly, is Thurwood now legally obligated to inlcude the Sinatra Classic, “Fly Me To The Moon” in the musical score? The answers to these an other burning questions may very well lie in the stars…
